Our Head Office is based within our own award winning 4-star Hotel CASA in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire.

Role overview:

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and initiatives to drive growth of our canned cocktail brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership for the 360 brand management of the All Shook Up brand whilst supporting the RTD Cocktail Brand Manager on wider category/brand initiatives to deliver brand objectives
  • To liaise closely with the Digital & Content team to ensure all campaigns and activities are integrated across all elements of the marketing mix.
  • To maintain a strong brand – adhering to brand guidelines – that resonate with target customers and consumers.
  • To assist in brand planning, ensuring plans are prepared, maintained, and monitored.
  • To own the performance of your portfolio, supporting sales and customer marketing to drive success where needed and ensuring NPD is considered.
  • To be a go-to expert for all questions relating to your portfolio of brands.
  • To act as the first point of contact for all general enquiries relating to the brands.

The person:

  • 1+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG or Drinks.
  • A passion for the drinks industry
  • A real self-starter that can solve challenges and use initiative to deliver.
  • Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight.
  • Capacity to switch easily between strategic and operational tasks; taking hands-on responsibility.
  • Be confident, outgoing, and able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Focused on meeting key deadlines and delivering results.
  • Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and ‘outside the box’
