Our open-plan office, based in the four-star Casa hotel, offers the opportunity for our teams to work together creatively and collaboratively, and with a daily free lunch in our restaurant we like to think we offer a great environment to work in!
In Work
Depending on the role, we offer flexible working hours with one day a week at home. In the office, we pride ourselves on our relaxed, open-door culture, where we encourage collaboration and engagement at all levels. We also have trained Well being Champions and regularly invite external organisations in to promote positive mental health.
Out of Work
We like to get together outside of work too, so our ‘Thirsty Thursdays’ offer the chance for our teams to enjoy discounted food and drinks in the hotel bar. We also have an after-work run club for those who want to get some physical exercise! We also offer Westfield Healthcare plans to all employees from day 1 and take part in national events such as Mental Health Awareness Week to elevate the importance of mental health.
