Meet Matt, our Marketing Director, who embarked on his journey with us in 2008 as an entry-level salesperson. 

Over the years, Matt has advanced through various roles, from leading the customer services team to becoming the Sales Director for our on-trade sales team. In 2023, he was promoted to Marketing Director, where he now harnesses his creativity to lead a team of 50+ marketing professionals, spanning from our brand experts to our in-house creative agency.

Beyond his corporate role, Matt is our champion for workforce modernisation, collaborating closely with all our departments to streamline our processes and systems, ensuring they align with the demands of 21st-century business.

In his personal life, Matt enjoys golf, supports Leeds United, and explores the breathtaking Peak District with his loyal canine companion.
