Our Insight team gathers information from a wide range of sources and delivers analysis that can help you unpick consumer trends and benefit from the opportunities they present.

We are Wine & Spirit Education Trust trained, which means we know about our drinks. Especially, how to serve them, what spirits and food they pair best with and suitable garnishes. This knowledge can help you create your pairings and in-house menus.
Our Franklin & Sons website has a bespoke menu-building system, with hand illustrations of our products and spirits.
Masterclasses
We know our brands and take teaching you about them seriously. Our teams are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and helping in any way to improve yours and your customer’s experience. Our in-house design team, Clay Creative create everything from our bottle labels, social media assets and cocktail menus and much more. With a wealth of experience in design and the drinks industry, Clay Creative bring our brands to life with their graphic and digital designs, hand illustrations, photography and videography.
