The role:
As we continue to expand our operations within the London area, we are actively searching for a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus predominantly on engaging with medium to large operator groups within the London On-trade, including both bringing on board new customers and the development of existing ones across our full Global Brands portfolio.
In the context of this commercial role responsible for overseeing the London area, we are looking for an individual who possesses a high degree of confidence and a strong sense of motivation. The ideal candidate should possess experience in beverage sales, along with hands-on expertise in On-trade operations.
The person:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the London On-trade industry, with a proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the premium drinks industry
- In-depth understanding of the drinks industry, key players, market dynamics and regulatory landscape
- Existing network of great connections with decision makers for London On-trade medium to large groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ideally the successful candidate will have good working knowledge of competitor’s portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to drive substantial sales growth and consistently achieve ambitious targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Capacity to establish and maintain relationships at all organisational levels
- Strategic mindset to identify long-term goals
- Effective Time Management
- Self-motivated, flexible, driven and results-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of excellence
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate contracts, deliver persuasive presentations, and maintain clear and concise correspondence
- Live within the Greater London area
