In addition to offering a number of Apprenticeships across the business, we offer various training and upskilling courses to our team members, some of which are developed and delivered in house, and some relying on external expertise.
We are also proud to work closely with local schools and colleges, offering career support, interview training and work placements in order to expose them to the world of work and help them decide on future career paths. Additionally, we offer paid short- and long-term student placements to University students in the region with a view to retaining local students in our economic zone.
