Becky joined Global Brands in October 2023 as Group Head of People to support the business’s continued growth plans. Becky’s HR career spans over 20 years where she has worked in HR leadership roles across multiple large corporate organisations before latterly running her own HR consultancy business.

Becky’s passion for People Management started after she completed her undergraduate Degree in Business Management from the University of Derby and consolidated when she achieved her Masters in Human Resource Management at Sheffield Hallam University. She is keen to give back to her profession and undertakes a voluntary role as a mentor for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

In her personal life, Becky enjoys spending as much time as she can with her young family, supporting her beloved Sheffield Wednesday and going on long country walks with her family (and dog Gino).
