Franklin & Sons at Kol Mezcaleria

In Marylebone, in the basement of Kol restaurant is Kol Mezcaleria. Known for their collection of agave spirits, the cocktail menu uses British seasonal ingredients alongside Mexican soul to create a flavour full cocktail menu. We caught up with Dorothy, one of the Bartenders, who showed us how to make the Fig Leaf & Mezcal Highball and told us why Franklin & Sons works so well in Kol Mezcaleria. Similar to their ethos, we use natural, locally sourced ingredients and have a wide range of flavours so they can play around with them in different cocktails.
