The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our company in this highly visible and high profile role within our fast growing organisation. As National Sales Manager you will influence, lead and develop our Northern and Southern sales managers in their roles managing our team of eight Regional Sales Managers. You will have the commercial experience and gravitas to be able to make highly successful strategic and operational decisions. This is a role which can lead to fast track progression in our fast moving, entrepreneurial, business.

The Person

• You will already have wide ranging experience in FMCG roles preferably at National Sales Manager level; • A strong commercial track record with demonstrable results and a strong desire to further develop your career within the industry; • Mature, well-developed, management skills with innovative and imaginative ways of bringing out the best in your team; and • Ideally located in central England in the greater Birmingham area.

NORTHERN AREA SALES MANAGER

This is a great opportunity to further develop your management skills in a newly established role within our company. As northern area sales manager you will be responsible for managing a high performing team of four regional, midlands and northern based, sales managers. The team are tasked with winning, maintaining and developing business within the independent on trade drinks channel. You will also personally manage some regional retail groups and wholesales within your area.

The Person

• Preferably you will have an on trade drinks background, although this is not essential; • A strong commercial track record with demonstrable results and a strong desire to further develop your career within the industry; • Existing, proven, management skills will be essential as well as the ability to coach and mentor the team. We have ambitious plans to further develop our high calibre sales staff; and • Ideally located in Derbys, Notts, S Yorks or Manchester

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER DRINKS INDUSTRY SOUTH WEST

The Role

We are seeking a confident and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for the South West area . Reporting in to the Southern Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing our relationships and business across the on trade retail channel as well as exploring opportunities in new business channels such as regional on trade route to market, HORECA and Cash & Carry outlets.

The Person

This role will suit an ambitious individual looking to progress their career and who thrives working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, environment. We aren't looking for an average account manager; and we will reward account managers who are willing to push the boundaries, learn rapidly, move at pace and have experience of managing a P&L. The role is field based and you will ideally be located within the greater South West areas possibly in Exeter or Plymouth.

WEB DESIGNER / FRONT END DEVELOPER - PART TIME / FLEXIBLE ROLE

Global Brands is an international drinks company based in Chesterfield. We are looking for a hybrid Web Designer/Developer to design, build and maintain the companies brand websites from within Clay Creative. (Global Brands’ own Creative department). With a portfolio of market leading drink brands our company is young, fast-paced and exciting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital media and keeps ahead of developments within design, development, social networking, viral marketing, in game advertising and mobile media.

We are looking for a digital media all-rounder who is technical as well as creative. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled web developer with a genuine interest in web technology and extensive experience in coding, Search Engines and Content Management Systems. Our candidate would also have proven experience in taking website designs and bringing them with to life with Wordpress or equivalent to create a responsive website, ultimately being responsible for each brands website from start to finish and being pro-active to promote and further each brands online identity.

This role would allow the successful candidate to work in a highly rewarding and fast paced design team, learning and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team. This role works closely with the Creative, Marketing and IT departments. The candidate must therefore relish team work, think creatively and be confident in presenting their ideas.

We are looking to employ someone on a part time basis potentially for 3 days a week working from within Clay Creative in Chesterfield. We would also require enough flexibility to extend these hours when work requires and creative solutions as to how best to achieve this flexibility would be considered. The candidate should live within a reasonable commutable distance of around no more than 15 miles from our offices.

Responsibilities would include:
• Updating and maintaining current websites for the group
• Designing & Developing future sites meeting modern requirements (Responsive, SEO, Speed optimised)
• Designing & Developing social media tie-in’s, competition forms (hooked up with a third party email service), quizzes and promotional pages
• Commissioning and managing outside professional services when required
• Overseeing the websites, domain registration and DNS setup
• Managing our web hosting and maintaining cPanel accounts
• Advising on how best to implement digital marketing strategy
• HTML email templates and static competition pages
• Using and maintaining web systems such as Filecamp and Campaign Monitor
